Default narrowed 9 inch
Hello everybody. New to the club. Lots of good reading here, great site,sounds like my kind of people. Anybody out there narrow housings? I have a very nice jig I made 15 years ago so I decided to check out the housing on my new cobra project. I'm still sick to my stomach at what I found!
I couldn't even get the jig through the housing it was so crooked.
I,m going to try and straighten it without cutting it apart. Anybody have any input on what an exceptable tolerance would be? I have the know how to start from scratch but it has a lot of brackets (4-link and shocks) welded to it and didn't want to duplicate all that. THANKS, GMAN
