Either way that works for you. Most Holleys I've worked on have the fuel inlet on the passenger side, throttle linkage on driver side. Present 351W included. To keep things neat, I used a length of 3/8" steel hard line as a crossover, clamped with wiring clamps bolted to block face of water pump. Used fuel line rubber tubing to fuel pump, and to car fuel inlet from both sides of the hard line.
Not familiar with B&B. Used Lokar throttle cable with "S" bend, and it just touches the valve cover. Might be able to use a cable clamp, or twisty tie around steering column to keep throttle cable off header.
