Never mind the junk bolts and tack welds I just have this mocked up to see if it will work, every thing seems to travel freely and very little side motion.

I am planning on mostly street use

Both ends of your upper links are mounted in single shear. If you don't know what that means, do some more research. It is not good for such a critical component.

Using rod ends on both ends of the upper links, when they are used in the dreaded "V"ee configuration, will cause binding of your axle as it travels. This configuration requires the top links to change slightly in length as they swing. A soft rubber joint is better if you want the car to handle (if drag racing is all you want to do the rod ends will be fine). The result on handling will be a sudden snap oversteer (spin) when you hit the limit of suspension bind verses tire grip.

That is just the kind of response I was looking for, it will help me to do some more thinking.

I understand a bit about single shear but I was hoping a 3/4" bolt on the rearend and 5/8" on the frame may be enough. With this kit there is just not alot of room to work with.

What he means by single/double shear is the way the rod end is mounted....You're in single shear...to get a double shear system, you need to support the bolt on the other side also...on the head side. This doubles the force needed for failure.
