Default Royal blue paint code?

Hello guys this my first time posting and actually I don't own a cobra. Wish I did though! A lot of nice looking cars and a cool website! A little out of my league. I have a 70 chevelle that will be ready for paint in about one week and it's time to pick the color.

The other day when I was at Dairy Queen in Orangevale Ca. I saw a real nice cobra and after talking with the owner he told me that it was a superformance Royal blue. I was hooked! I think it was the nicest Cobra I've ever seen!

I found this PPG paint mixing ratio on another post and was wondering what it means? How do I read this? Would I be able to view a paint chip of this color at my local paint store? Can I cross it to another manufacture, like Dupont?

I just want to verify that the color I was looking at was indeed Royal blue and not guardsman blue. the onwer was not real sure. I went to superformance website but it's hard to tell by looking at the pictures on there site. Kind of small.

ROYAL BLUE 54A552 475.3 1425.9
69M505 806.0 2418.0
54A926 878.3 2634.9
54M1 930.0 2790.9

I think this color would be sweet on my chevelle since I don't see that many dark blue chevelle with a bright white racing stripes!
