Default Car vs. Truck 351W

Did the car engines and the truck engines (351W) come out with roller lifters the same year? What years for both?
Thanks,

The 351W didn't have roller lifters until 1994. Ford stopped putting 351Ws in car in the late 60s-early 70s. So, a 1994 and up truck block is the only way to get a 351W roller block.

BTW - it's not hard to convert an earlier block to a roller cam. You can either get 302 roller lifters, a spider kit, and a small base circle cam, or you can get lock-bar lifters and a 302HO roller cam.
