Default F.I. for 460/514

Who offers a fuel injection setup for the 460/514.
I know Mohuska has one but don't remember whose system it was.
How many are there out there?

Opinions on them?

Hi xlr8or,

Here's a place to start:

Tom's dyno results thread on ClubCobra:

A search on injection and port gets you a lotta hits, too

Default It looks great, BUT

I bet it's too tall for most cobra scoops.. maybe if you had a simple paint job and could have a custom hood made up, or if it was a new build. I can barely fit a demon carb and SUPER low profile Edelbrock , or a throttle body and low cobra oval air filter.

Thanks for the answers.
I knew there were a few of them around here.

I'll forward the info on the person that asked me about it.

Default Fuel Injection

You can see my system on my builder's site... http://www.badasscars.com

I have the TWM system.. I chromed the throttle bodies and gold plated the velocity stacks.....use a Electromotive Tec 3 controller, crank trigger system.

I think Wayne at verycoolparts.com has them. Hilborn makes them. There are may companies that will adapt your intake manifold for fuel injection also..

e-mail me if you have more questions...

Mike

BTW Steve.....it fits nicely under the standard scoop...I have tea strainer filters that I got from Wayne Pressley.......

I like this system...It flows extremely well and looks awesome under the hood!!

Default Howdy Tom!

Haven't heard from you for quite awhile. My motor finally is running pretty well...I am taking the car back to the builder tomorrow to have the throttle body plates changed. They stick slightly, so we go another pair at -0.001"....that will do the trick.

We are still tuning the Electromotive fuel injection system...getting much better...the throttle response is great.....I will take in down to the dyno after I get another 300 miles.....around here...that's pretty much a weekend!!

How's your world?.....like to hear from you...also.....have you heard from Frank lately?/ (Naja).....did he get his motor back together?

Anyways.....drop a line...

Mike

Great looking system Mike. It was one of the most memorable shiny bits at the fling.
Glad to hear you are getting it all dialed in.
