Question pictures of external slave mated to T5?

Hi guys, newbie here. I was wondering if anyone has used an external slave set up on a T5 with a stock T5 bell housing? I would love to have pictures! I am currently converting my cobra from automatic to a 5-speed. I have a Wilwood 3/4 master cyl and pedal assembly, but I am stumped how to use the Ford clutch fork with the Wilwood slave? The pivot is on the passenger side. I think it is too long. I noticed in a recent post that there are other brands on the market (raybestes..NAPA, ESI??) that can be mounted to push the fork in the right direction. Any ideas. thanks.

Consider a pull-type slave cylinder.

Default slave cylinder

I copied a picture of the slave cylinder set up from autoworks and manafactured the bracket myself, and got the pusher type slave cylinder from CNC for under 50 bucks. A whole hell of a lot cheaper than what Autoworks charges for a peice of metal and cylinder. Very easy to make. I will try to post some pics

Default Thanks guys!

Hi guys, thanks for the info. I tried the pull type, but the assembly is too long / large to . I went to NAPA today and they have ton's of different slave cylinders to pick from. I think if I get a push type and figure a bracket for the cyl and a bracket for a return spring to pull the fork back, I think I can get it to work. But why recreate the wheel. If any one has picutres of their set up I would love it.

Yea, I see your point. I have put about 40-50 of those systems together. They always leaked until I did about 20 of them. After that I learned what to look for during assembly and I haven’t had one leak since. If you don’t have the luxury of high repetition installs forget it.
