Welcome Antony,

This is a good group of Cobra GURU'S. Everyone here takes a particular interest in each others problems and accomplishments. Let us know how you intend to use your Cobra and post us some pictures.

Clois Harlan

Bye the way "what is a "PEEP" ? Could that be the English slang for a GASHOLE?

Just FYI: I am told, SOME of the Gasholes are A$$holes but not all A$$holes are Gasholes. But all of us are pretty good guys.

Antony - good to see another Brit around here. We need to help our American cousins with their spelling and grammar, they do tend to mangle the mother tongue somewhat (and watch out for Flyin' Freddie - he's the ring leader) What Cobra are you running, or wanting?

Clois - "peeps" : from a Brit comedian (Harry Enfield) who created a Greek comedy character. Was his word for "people". Also known for addressing mixed-sex groups as "Ladies and Genitalmen". You probably had to be there.....

And you are wrong about the Gasholes - I can personally vouch for the fact that they are, indeed, all a$$holes. Thank goodness, I fit right in.

Good to hear from you Wilf.

My appologies for the slaughter I perform on the language. It could be worse you know, I occassionally use spell check and the grammer feature!

"... the mother tongue.."

We earned the right to butcher the English lanquage! Our fore fathers where kicked out of every civilized country in the world! Two people seperated by a common lanquage.

Welcome Anthony. I saw your post much earlier today but to be perfectly honest 'peeps' and 'be gentle with me' scared the he!! out of me!

I can't promise that your time here will always be gentle. But I can promise that if you are a Cobra nut you will enjoy most of your time here and maybe even learn a thing or two. For instance, never start a thread that asks questions like: which is best kit/SB or BB; is it 'real'. You will pick up on those quickly. If you truly desire to ask such a question, there is lots of reading to be found using the search function

Wilf, did you ever hook up that gentlemens dying wish to take a ride in a Cobra? Very cool thing to do.

Rick

well.."peeps" is a bizarre reference to "people". I am 29 years old and have just started an Auto Technology degree at uni. A bit late in life but never mind eh? I don'y own a Cobra yet but when finances are sorted then thats the number one priority.

Cheers Dudes.
