1. Depending on which bolt it is, you should be able to.
2. A stainless steel bolt would do the trick.
3. I'm sure there is, but I don't know what it is. Before taking it off, put a torque wrench on it and see what it's currently torqued to and just re-install to the same torque.
Or you could just take a little steel wool and wd-40 and clean it up.
