Default Arntz/Butler BRAKES

I am just about to order parts to upgrade my Arntz/Buttler's MGB brakes into a Wilwood 4 piston set up .Precision Brakes in Oregon tells me950-140-2285-b for Camaro67-69 is the fit .but they still haven't called me back as to spindle mods and what they might be. Any of you guys know for sure? Steve
P.S. Any other recomendations for the front end?
