Uneven Holley fuel distribution?

From the appearance of the spark plugs in my recently built 351 Windsor engine, it appears that plugs 1-4 are getting considerably more fuel than plugs 5-8. I'm running a 650 CFM Holley 4150 (double pumper) with no choke on a RPM Performer Dual Plane intake manifold. The carb was on the car when I bought it, so other than jet size and power valve, I have no idea how it is set up. How can I tell if the carb is providing more fuel to one side than the other? What parts of the carb are most likely to account for uneven fuel distribution? Any other suggestions for troubleshooting this problem?

Sure you aren't sucking oil into the intake runners on that side of the motor?

No, I'm not sure. I pulled the intake manifold and head on the side with the problem. It appeared that the intake manifold gasket was allowing water to leak into the intake runner. There was no obvious sign that oil was also leaking past the bad gasket, but it's possible. The head gasket looked ok. I'm in the process of putting it back together now. ... Having found no obvious explanation for the rapid carbon buildup on plugs 1-4, I am looking for other possible causes in case the phenomenon continues after the gaskets are replaced. .. I appreciate you taking time to help.
