Fuel system from hell
I thought I would throw this one out there and see what comes up. A good friend of mine is in the final stages of a buildup of a very respectable 41 Willys. (not a Cobra, but it is a kit so I forgave him) Rather than go the usual BB, giant blower and so on, he figured he would be different, and purchased a set of 4 dual throat Dellorto's, used of course. It is a very impressive looking setup I must say and it brought back memories of a 66 GT350 I had with a borrowed set of 48IDA Webers. That was back in the 70's when I was sure I knew everything. Until that thing hit 4 grand....nothing, but after that you better be hanging on to something. Anyway I have been unsuccessful in findind any info on these carbs, let alone adjustment tips or tricks. I've done my share of setting up multiple carburetion in all types of applications, but would like to approach this with a little more insight. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
