MATT,

You need to get a green sheet inspection on the car first. This can be done at a Ford Dealer or State Inspection site. Then go to the Dept of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and get a few forms to fill out. You will need a couple of pictures of the car, serial number of car and engine, bill of sales and proof of insurance. They will register it as the year it was built but put the year it replicates also on the title. It will be except from emmissions testing.

Gary,
I appreciate the help. One thing though, how steetable is your car? 638 hp from a stroker 427 gets me thinking that it's daily manners would be a bit on the rough side. I've been trying to weigh the +/- for a high hp engine vs. less maint.
Thanks again,
Matt
