Default Turn Signal / Hazard Wiring

I am currently working on my wiring, I have an RUCC kit with the wiring harness provided by RUCC so wire colors ect. may be different.

I am trying to wir this up as simple and as basic as possible. I do not have a column mounted turn signal so I was planning on using a 3 position toggle switch for the turn signals and a simple on / off switch for the hazards.

Can anyone give me simple / basic wiring instructions or diagrams. I ahve been told there is a dozen ways to do this, so I am looking for the most basic and simple. If anyone could help it would save me a lot of trial and error time.

Jim

If your signal lights work with the ignition off, simply use a SPST switch to connect the left and right signals. To get all 4 to work at once, use the turn signal switch to turn either side on and flip the connecting switch on.

If you don't have power at the signal switch all the time, use the other half of a DPST switch to power the flasher from a power source.
