Gas tank install
I am completing my new gas tank install this weekend and I have a couple of questions you all may be able to answer for me.
I am installing a stainless steel tank that will be insulated from the frame with rubber ( rubber strips between the tank straps and the tank). My fuel tank sender has two connections - one goes to the gauge and one goes to ground.
Do I have to ground the tank also? Or is the ground wire from the sender sufficient?
Also, the filler is connected to the tank by a rubber hose, thereby insulating the filler. Should the filler neck be grounded?
Appreciate the help.
