Rick, you''re right I'd forgotten about the slabside and the NH 427, my mistake. Still I don't remember ever seeing one like RodGarcia's .

Rod:

It's a 289 body car that someone added the 427 type pipes to. Quite often people would not narrow the rear axle to accomodate wider wheels, or the axle was too wide and the wheels consequintly required unusual offsets to fit within the unaltered body.
