Default Plugs and wires...im a rookie

any suggestions on plugs and wires? cold air intake is pretty much all ive done to my 98 cobra..just hit 73000 miles and tuning it up myself. also sounds like a plug is mis firing, but just replaced them. had a little fuel on plug in cylinder2, should be ok now...right? check engine light is on too.

Is it cylinder # 2 that is still misfiring? Did you replace the wires when you replaced the plugs? Ifnot, check that wire to be sure it isn't shorting through a crack in the insulation or something. As for the check engine light, that you need to find out why it is on. I am not that familiar with your enbgine so I have no idea as to what all it could be checking, but it could be anything from a bad sensor to something going wrong in the ignition circuit.
Some of the other guys that have those type cars and set ups will be able to help you I am sure.

Drive your car into Autozone or CarQuest and have one of the counter people run your diagnostic codes. My bet is that your air fuel meter is bad. Fairly cheep to fix.
