Default Frame Touch Up

Hello All, This is my first post. I have been a corvette guy for many years, but this Friday I am picking up my first Cobra! A 2004 FFR with a monster 590hp bb. I probably will be asking many "Ford" questions and would appreciate the help. What is the best way to touch up a powder coated frame? I always use a padded floor jack, unfortunatley, many folks do not. I would welcome any and all responses.

Best Regards,

Anthony

I've found Krylon Gloss or Satin black (depending on your original finish) to be an easy solution. Don't tape, instead, cut a hole the size and shape of the area to be touched up on a piece of cardboard, then spray through the hole holding the cardboard about 2 in from the frame, and the spray about a foot away.

Default Frame Touch Up

Ray,
Thanks for your suggestion. Seems like any easy fix. I am sure I will have more questions.

Best Regards,

Anthony
