whos the manufacturer?

I ve always wondered who the manufacturer was, and just can t find out, maybe you guys can help.

Description:

1. Built in the early 90's
2. red gel coat body.
3. Non stressed body.
4. Chassis almost indisernable from ERA. Era did not make a red gelcoat body.
5. round tube cross bracing between front suspension.
6. tube a arms
7. original set up for jag irs I think, was changed later.
8. has under body pedal box and 3x4 square main rails, appears just like the ERA web page drawing....almost.
9. molded hood scoop on hood, non finished fenders, ie no rolled edge no horizontal flares. Solid (brass i think ) windshield frame.
