Twenty inches is more than 90% of the cars on this forum. You must have a mild cam. The AMOUNT of vacuum is not that important ... its how the car responds to the gas pedal when you stomp on it. On most Cobra's, turning the idle screws out 3/4 to 1 turn is about optimal. Of course, adjust the screws to get the best idle without chocking on the gas fumes.
