A little help here!
What's the best way to determine the placement of the emblems on a 427 car?
Enzo has sent me the Cobra 'buttons' for the front and trunk. Where do I measure from and how much? Some times, I wish that there was a simple template for emblems, mirrors, wipers and all those other locations.
Thanks!

I did this before for someone...

A diagram is posted at http://www.erareplicas.com/427/emblems.gif

Maybe I could submit it to Brent for general reference - or he could steal it. I won't tell...

In case anyone was up early, I reposted an improved version of the diagram! Since we pre-drill the holes on our kits, no-one has ever noticed that there was a dimension missing in the manual. Fixed now!

Hello Bob,

A timely question and I printed off a copy to use on my car. By the way I spoke to Peter about that Carburator linkage and havn't heard back yet.

Please let me know as this will be an issue for me in the next week or so......

Regards, Tony R.

Hello to All,
I've searched the archives, but can't come up with emblem location for the side emblems on a 289 model. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!
Bruce

I don't have a diagram! It's even more confusing when you see the difference in placement between cars that we've done. I suspect that the car on this page is correct. We were copying the pictures of an original AC - and they differed from the 427 location.
