I don't see a part number or listing for a polished version of that head from Edelbrock. Where did you see it?

You have a great speed parts source in your back yard (Speedway Motors) and there are couple guys near downtown Omaha that has a speed shop (H&M?) that are great guys to do business with. I used them when I had a little problem at Mid America Motorsports Park in Council Bluff, Iowa.

Speedway does not carry any FE parts and limited small block fords. We get most of the sprint car parts from "Speedy Bill".

Kev, You're going to regret that RPM with the small solid roller setup you'll be running. It'll provide your horsepower cap. -Dave

Kev, You said before you were going to spec that KCR 482 with a streetable solid roller , targeting around 650-ish HP. If you run a RPM with that combo you're going to lose HP with that dual plane. You need to keep the Victor. It'll provide more of what that solid roller needs, air. You need to make sure everything you're doing matches, engine, intake, exhaust, flywheel. tranny, final drive etc. Dave
