A quality body shop should have no problem blended the paint match after repair. Depending on who he uses for a paint material supplier, he should be able to use their "eye" (laser paint match tool available for tough color matches when the original paint mix code is unknown) to get a close enough formula to blend the paint repair so it is seamless. Blending repairs is not for the backyard painter, so make sure you take your car to a shop that is experienced in fiberglass work and proper blending techniques.
