Default Howell Machine - Engine Builders?

I need to locate "Howell Machine" who I was told built the engine a Backdraft I recently bought. Probably located somewhere in the Ohio area or thereabouts. I need to get some details on the motor. Very nice motor actually. 351W out to 418 I'm told, Mass Flo injection and a very BIG cam. Chassis dyno yesterday showed 542 at the rear wheels after a little timing bump. Dyno guys say the Mass Flo injection will hurt it a bit on the top end, but it makes it so easy to start and drive on the street it's worth it. So it looks like they know what they are doing. Hope I can find them. Any help?

You probably have a BDR delivered by GCPC. Worth giving Bill a call to find out. www.gcperf.com

Wayne,

Congrats on the new Cobra! Look forward to meeting up with you at one of the South Bay Area BACC breakfasts.

BTW - I saw your other post regarding the springs. You might want to go talk to Kevin Patten at Peformance Art in Gilroy. http://www.performanceartonline.com/. They can do a four wheel balance, corner weighting, etc. to give you the ride you want. Won't be cheap, but I hear it's well worth it.
