Over my years of racing everything from top fuelers, funny cars, pro stockers, dirt/pavement stock cars, sprint cars and indy stock blocks---I want an setup that is easy to adjust cam timing (Gear drive/Jesel belt) or even change cams quickly between rounds---sometimes this might even mean a hole in the radiator core that the cam would fit thru!!
At one time I even had all our cams ground with the same exact base circle so we didn't have to adjust the lash after a between rounds change
Bee hive springs are for car shows and cruises-----
