what engine is this ? 351Cui in a Pantera 1985 ... is this a Cleveland, Windsor ....??? Can it be seen in the pic ?

Definitely Cleveland in that photo, dont think Panteras were fitted with Windsors, Mangustas were though...

i'm looking at that Pantera ...they claim around 500HP...is this possible due what mods ? i see a Edelbrock carb and ofcourse headers.....

cylinder heads make horsepower-everything else connects it to the ground. It's all about getting more air & fuel into the cylinders. It's all important but start with a really nice set of heads and it will come easier.

They are Cleveland heads by the look....what the bottom end is, I can't tell, but fairly sure Panteras had Cleveland motive power

Cleveland.
Be a bit of a stretch to hit 500 with that carb and intake...

They were rated at 300HP from the factory.
