Default Crossram Induction System

I am giving consideration to installing a crossram induction system on my 289 Hipo. It is possible that I may or may not have a clearance issue in relation to valve covers. My question is based on performance, tuning, reliability. I guess I am also comparing this configuration to an 8 stack system. Any thoughts?
Thanks

I do not think you will find the cross ram real friendly at part throttle.

I've got cross ram on my car with an MSD crank trigger setup running an Autronic SM5 computer with tall valve covers. Fantastic!

Regards.

Why? I'd have thought the longer runners would help... no?
Educate me please...

Thanks
