AFR 205 heads un ported HR cam 230-236-513-526-110. had a bigger roller 240 248 but wanted to bring down the torque curb. interesting that the small cam was just as good as the bigger cam.. just lost a few top end hp.. both had 535 ft lbs but the smaller cam came in much lower..

If you'd be willing to swap cams again, I could have one ground for you that would keep the same peak hp but would give you more mid range and more torque.

be my 3rd cam change.. I am running a 8" converter on my car.. I think 4000 stall.. my motor starts pulling over 500 ft lbs@3700 with the small roller.. up to 4900 peak.. 535..

You have too much converter for one thing and a new cam would help.......shoot me an email.

Just saw this post was active again and thought I’d give a three year review on this 438W Brent built for me.
It’s fu—in awesome. Great street manners and pulls like a freight train when asked too. I have 200 treadwear tires and live where it’s nice and warm and can easily break em loose in third gear if I’m not careful. Idle is lumpy and has been a pleasure to drive for the past three years.
