Default 351w Cast or forged crank

I am building a 351w stroker and plan on building for the 650-700 hp range. I want to know if I need to go with a forged crank. I have ran a blown6-71 w before with a stock crank @ 550hp with no problems. Others have said that the block will give before the crank, and a good cast steel crank will be fine. What are your opinons. Im looking at a forged 383 for 375$ or a 408 cast steel crank for 275$. What are your opinons. Just to note Im using a stock block and already have aluminum rods.

If indeed you plan to make up to 700 hp go with the steel.

I'd get the forged, I like to build engines to handle more that I'm actually going to push, that way I know it won't crap out on me...plus then you can have more fun with giggle gas...
