My Eagle crank checked out fine at the builder. It was right on spec. The only problem was it required quite a bit of heavy metal when it was balanced. I think the Eagle forged H beam rods are good value. Mine were the Chevy BB style with 7/16" ARP rod bolts. A little more insurance than the 3/8" Ford rod bolts.
