Default Bad rod knock in stock 302

deveoped on way to a car show this am in my Cobra cope. Had to have car towed home.

Questio: What shouldshould I do to rebuld it and have a reliable street engine (bearings/seals/gaskets/
rods?/rings/pistons? hone, bore if necessary?!

What else coud I do for cheap to get a little more HP for cheap? cam? head work?

HAve to do it all cheap: was not bugeed for and have 5 project going.

What resources for rebuild parts? Summitt?

Chip, What you wind up doing is going to depend on what you find when you pull the pan. Are you sure it is a rod knock? What made it spin the bearing? Did it hurt the crank and rod? How much metal was put into the system? How many miles are on the engine? And so many more.
Need a bit more info to come up with a bright answer.
