Default Auburn Gear Performance Differentials

Hi guys;
I'm using 8" 28 spline Auburn Differential lock #542059. I have some problems with traction and i notice that right wheel spins more then other. So i had sent an e-mail to Auburn Gear Performance Differentials.And>>>>

In the end i had done "break-away torque test." (jack up one side of
the rearend, put the transmission in neutral and use a torque wrench on a
lug nut of the wheel that is off the ground. Turn until it breaks away) It started to turn only 5 lb. ft. of torque.
My question is which diff lock are you using and which one would you prefer for me?Thanks...

The one I use in my car is a thorsen Gleason.It is just as forgiving as the auburn in short wheel base cars.And is just as reliable as a locker but not nearly as twitchy.I would stay away form a DL in a cobra due to the fact they are aggressive in turns and can get you in trouble faster[I am sure this has happend on more than one occasion! ] Stan
