I ran vaccuum lines on the underside of the manifold to each port. That system takes care of the PCV valve. I am running an electric vaccuum pump from Stainless Steel Brakes Corp (available from Summit or Martel Bros for cheaper).
This is a photo (perspective is off) of Traindriver's set up. Mine is fairly close.
I'm not an expert on cams, but I'm running the original Comp Cam xe262hr-12 for the 2000 FMS 392 engine. Engine is now stroked to 427 and seems to run fine with the webbers.
