Core shift is an issue that foundries always have to work to control. It is possible to keep it within very close limits, and if your heads have a problem any of the reputable aftermarket manufacturers (specifically, the one who made them) will likely be willing to make it right for you.
This is not typical, not a common problem with aftermarket heads being shipped to a customer this way, at least from the major companies.
