Default streetbeast update

The radiator should arrive this week and then just tie in a few more wires, add a few more idiot lights on the dash and then I think I'll be ready to fit on the body. I want to paint it red with white stripes. Then I'll be ready to hit the road with you guys! I hope to meet someone from the Murrieta or Temecula area in California. Thanks for trying to guide me. Bonnie

Let us know when you need some help with the body, and I would be glad to come down and help. The pizza's on you!

Default pizza and beer

anytime someone offers to help me I'll gladly take it so that I can get this thing going. My NSX has an engine problem that I'm dealing with at Acura Corporate so at the moment I'm sportscar challenged and summer is arriving. Where do you live? I cut the holes out of the body, but still need to sand the edges and fit doors, hood & trunk. The streetbeast doesn't have all of those mold lines on the body to sand down like the factory five does. Let me know if you're really serious about the help. Bonnie

I live just north of Burbank, near the San Fernando Valley.
I took the easy way out, and bought a completed Cobra three years ago.
How is your build coming? Are you doing all this work yourself?
I could arrange a weekend day to come down and help.
This weekend I am in Reno!

I live in the Imperial Beach area. I think I'll try to get a San Diego area based Cobra Club started in a few weeks. Wanna join in??

Cool Hi guys

I'd love to be part of a San Diego club! This weekend I'm taking the Sea Doos to Lake Havasu for several days but when I get back I'll try to set up a weekend time that we can throw my Cobra together. A friend of mine has done most of the work on my Cobra. I help with whatever I can. What do you guys think you'll be able to help me with?

What EXACTLY needs to be done on your Cobra?

I've checked out that socal club site and saw that most of their get togethers and club events are located in the North County area. Since I live down by Imperial Beach, I thought a more San Diego proper club would be nice. I know that Armond at CA Cobra has get togethers from time to time too, BUT they are located in the East County which is around 35 miles from where I'm located. I'm still thinking about seeing who would be interested in starting up a bonified San Diego CC. )
