I was in Vegas Feb(?) 2000 when I heard about it.
Someone at the parking lot behind my hotel pointed it out.
He drove a SPF with wheels wired incorrectly. Actually, it turned out that the threads were mixed up left and right, because Lynn wrote in his instruction manual:
Right hand thread on driver side - which happens to be the other side here in SA where they build SPF...
I went to Lynn's shop on the way back to Germany and bought 3 sets of rims.
And took pics from D. Smith's car :-)
