Option Bar Location

The option bar that resides above every screen (CC Main Menu | Member/Visitor Tools | Member Favorites | Member Discounts | Quick Forum Hop | Local Clubs | Search CC
Club Cobra Home) appears in the middle to 3/4 position on the picture gallery photos and I have no means to move or change its location. Everytime I access the photo gallery I receive this error mesg.

These two (one?) flaws are the only problems found in the two months I have been using this forum. Outstanding job - thanks for all your hard work. I really like the active thread list and the fact that you retain all the past threads. That provides a good research tool.
