More of a question, rather than a suggestion.
I uploaded a gif photo of a turtle playing a piano into my gallery (Turtle Album) and there is motion on that photo. I also changed my avatar to that animated gif photo, but there is NO motion in my avatar.
Is there some kind of minimum or maximum requirements on gif photos when used as avatars to allow movement?
OK, let the anti-turtle flamers begin, but I hope to get an intelligent answer from someone.
