Hi-Tech USA is long gone......

Sagebrush?

I too heard about this fabled slabside and FIA series via SPF that would use correct (OEM style) 3" round tube frame and correct suspension. Maybe the economy slowed progress or even maybe closed the project. This was due on the market last spring 09.

I would think if they take this step the 427 might follow with an overhaul?

Both the Coupe and GT40 were behind their respective target dates. I am sure it is for thorough development

Care to expand on that? They are still the exclusive builder for all SPF, just no longer directly affiliated with SPF like they were in the early going. I haven't heard anything different, so please someone correct me if I'm off base.

Don't know about sagebrush, just that Hi-Tech S.A. is still alive and well and building Cobras, GT-40's and other cool toys for SPF.

I believe that Hi-Tech Automotive (RSA) makes cars for Superformance (obviously), Shelby American ('glass CSX4000/6000s and CSX9000s), Noble/Fenix, Rossion (the old Noble cars), Perana, maybe more.

Hi Tech USA was an older company, back in the early Cobra replica days, early 90s. I think they were in AZ...my memory is not that great anymore, but its no relation to the company working w/ SPF.

Hi-Tech Motorsports was based in Tempe AZ, and made 289 and 427 Cobra replicas.

I don't know whether Hi-Tech Automotive (RSA) builds anything for Caterham. I've added some hyperlinks to my earlier post which you can explore.

Hi-Tech used to make the SPF S-1 Roadster. Here's a link to one that was recently for sale.
