Seat Rails?
Looked at a nice SPF today that I am considering putting an offer in.
As I sat in the car, the seat was fairly low and certainly a bit far back for me. Seems the original owner had the rails taken out and the seat bolted to the floor. I'm 6'0" with 34" inseam, but I do like to sit closer and higher than my height might suggest.
I've done the forum search, seems a fairly easy process to remove the rails and bolt the seat to the floor. What about the reverse (re-installing rails)? Where does one buy rails? Or are there better solutions I should be looking at?
Am I breaking forum rules to ask if anyone has some rails they would like to sell me? (PM please if allowed).
Thanks!

The rails bolt to the floor and also to the seat bottom. The drivers side has them standard, passenger side is also available but not standard. They are available from Superformace (should bolt right back in) or you could probably adapt others. Tracks will increase your seat height about 1.25". Not difficult to retro-fit. Drop me an email offlineand I'll give to a contact that might have a few set laying around.

Look below in the "Various SPF Parts and Pieces" thread on Club Cobra...
There is one set of seat sliders available in the available parts list...
So if you purchase the seat sliders you will be "compelled" to purchase the car...or you will have wasted the money spent on the advance purchase of the seat sliders...
