Oh my gosh, I asked Jimmy price, in 2004, will you ever make a slab side? No, the numbers are just not there to justify it, so he said.

So I purchased three different Cobra replicas since then, with my third being a Superformance MKIII in street fashion, thinking that it would be my last attempt at having something that resembled a street slab side in a 427 body. Wire wheels and all.

This will most definitely get me in trouble again, I have got to get me one of these 289 slab sides. Here I go again, boy am I toast!! Lance and Deborah know how much I want one of them. Just when I thought I was done buying...

It was not Jimmy that spearheaded this venture. This is an offshoot of the FIA/USRRC car that is a natural progession. Ross MADE Jimmy build these!

I for one can't wait for nice 289 street car......can I hold out to April?????
