Superformance Run and Gun!
September 25, 2010 - Motorsports Park Hastings Raceway, Hastings, Nebraska; Four competitors from TEAM-SCOF went to Hastings, Nebraska with their Superformance's to compete in the International Run & Gun event held at Motorsports Park Hastings (MPH) on September 22-25, 2010. Congratulations to all the competitors, and their cars. With 9 awards, EVERY Superformance there completed the event with ZERO attrition and not one single mechanical problem, which allowed them to help out the many other brand competitors who did have problems. All in the spirit of true Superformance camaraderie.
Rob Roush picked up the OVERALL Small Block Street Champion Scott Holley added the OVERALL Big Block Pro Champion to his collection Don Barnes gathered up another OVERALL Big Block Street Championship 9 awards in all, 6 of them first places and overall places! Congrats to Rob, Scott, Kent and Don. I spoke to them on many occasions and they all had a great time. I hope they make it back next year and bring all their friends! Not to steal any thunder but there were a lot of trophies given and a lot of great stories told. This event is and has always been about the people.
Having said that, Scott and Kent are really fast and can make those cobras do amazing things on the track! I would love to see the times they could post in a Factory five spec racer! :eek: |

Run and Gun Photos from TEAM-SCOF
Here are some of the photos I took at the Run and Gun last week. We met lot's of great folks from all over the country and saw some really amazing cars which they owned. It was a great event and all 4 of the Superformance cars that attended, came away with 9 awards, three overall's in their class, but more importantly made lots of new friendships and took home memories that will last a lifetime.
