Part Numbers for Radiator hoses

I have pulled my motor to get some work done on it and I want to replace all of the radiator hoses at the same time. Does anyone have the part numbers for each hose? This is a newer SPF and has a small block 351W.

From my notes:

Small Diameter hose = #4339 - Gates#19617 or #18777

Large Hose NAPA#7135 (Gates #20276)
Goodyear#61120, (Walker)/Gates#21248, Gates#19617, Ram #RH7391

Part Number: 20276" GATES CURVED COOLANT HOSE –
Centerline Length 15, I.D. 1.75 x 2"

Gates part numbers: 21202 & 20910 (Lower Hose)

Or go into your auto parts store and take the old ones with you.

I find that most hoses for the full-size trucks with windsors in them, are a good cue to draw from.
