I have the "Hi-Tech Automotive Pack Kit" listing of individual components and related part numbers --kind of an inventory listing of parts that made up the install list that came with my car as well. In addition, I have the the Superformance Factory Options and Dealer Options order form that was used at the time my car was ordered from the factory. I could probably post those in my gallery if people find the information useful.
I figure I spent around $150 or so, on high quality Grade 8 fasteners that I had to purchase separately from my local Ace hardware.
