I hear that, I got ripped off on my spf build,(thanks Anthem motors), and when I sold it, I lost again. Great motto .....just drive and enjoy. But I got in before Kirkham price hiked, so I feel I won there.

[quote=RodKnock;1172812]Did not know that. Maybe there was a happy ending there. Does he still have this 2nd Kirkham Cobra?
Not sure....I saw it listed for sale awhile back on ebay, almost positive it was his car number....sent him an email inquiring about it but did not get a response.
He did buy a Vette after selling the 1st one and became disenchanted with it, and decided to buy another Kirkham.
I believe he learned alot going through his first build and this time knew what he was getting into. The old saying "been there done that" type of thing.
I had several email conversations with him during the first debacle, maybe a tad anal but he really was/is a nice guy and great family man.
Just my opinion.

Dang, the last thing I would have ever guessed would of been him buying another Cobra. I really wish he had come back here and "closed the loop" and told us the whole story. Oh well....

This saga is so sad, and somewhat reflective of mine, but mine worked out to a nice car that my wife hated. It absolutely confirms that there are, were I to buy a new Cobra again (which I might) that there are only a few people on the short list. OK. Three.
