I love mine. My car wouldn't look as good without them. The ride is good, they are sticky. They do ride the grooves in the road but well worth it. They dry out and crack faster that regular tires. Will definitely buy them again.

I would get them if they were street/DOT legal. Afraid of insurance coverage issues in case of an accident.

I’d get some, but I’m concerned about insurance coverage. Having said that…has anyone actually been denied a claim based on having BB’s on their car?

Maybe/maybe not. But with my luck I would be the guy that would get f***ed by the insurance company for not riding DOT tires.

I have Midwest Classic Insurance (Midwest Classic Insurance) and I have it in writing from them that I would be covered with the Goodyear BB's even though they are not DOT approved. I don't imagine our knockoff wheels are DOT approved either. I am not even sure if there were DOT tires in the 60's so any vintage or classic car running period correct tires probably are not running DOT approved tires. By the way - I love the Goodyears.
