Cowl seal

What did the factory use to seal the lower windshield rubber seal to the body and also the windshield frame to the uprights? Is there a brand name of sealant to look for.....preferably something that won't eat the paint off the car.

i didn't use anything on the rubber, but used glass urethane to seal the uprights.
can't tell you what was used originally but it has probably long since been banned from being produced.......lol
