Default Superformance Rear End Gear Ratio SPO#1508

I've had this car since it was new (2003) can someone tell me what the rear end gear ratio is?
I used the search feature for this forum and not sure if it's 3:45 or 3:73 as to which one came from the factory.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Well, I suppose if there is no tag on it, you could go old school and count rear wheel and drive line revolutions, then do the math. Or, contact Superformance and see what their records might tell you.

Easy way to tell - Ford Diff = 3.73 , Dana Diff = 3.46

If you have the Dana 3.46, how hard is it to change to a 3.27?

Hi, haven't been here in a long time.

Car 1508 is a Ford 8.8 and came with 3.73 gears. Easy to change and about $200 labor plus parts.

Newer cars with the Dana, the 44, I believe, have 3.46 gears and are much more difficult to change, more expensive too. Not sure if the change from 3.46 to 3.27s would be worth the trouble.

I have the 8.8 w/ 3.27s and another with the Dana and 3.46s, the differences in rpm/speed isn't that great. Where the differences come in is in the 8.8 I changed to a Torsen T2 and have whatever came from the factory in the Dana. I'd like to change the Dana to a T2 or TrueTrack.

And what were the differences with the Torsen T2?

And no clutch packs to wear out on the Torsen T2. The T2R adds clutch packs.
