Default which blue is this SPF?

Circa 2000/2001. Seems very bright, and I can't tell which factory color this SPF is. Can anybody offer a good guess?

Royal blue with some bright light explosure. Popular color around that time.

further research on this car suggests it could have been built as early as 1996 and be #118?

yes, but these photos are old. I'm considering purchasing it but am having trouble getting good information from the current owner. It may need some paint repair and the owner is telling me it is Indigo Blue, which is certainly is not. Looks brighter than Royal Blue as well.

You will never get the correct shade from a picture on a computer screen. Leave the paint repairs , its seems to have built up some patina during its years let it get some more. Looks like a driver car.
