Default Superformance Steering

I've been trying to find out what make and year rack and pinion steering unit is used on the Superformance cars. I've found a few posts where folks have made a guess, but I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure.

Thanks

Ted

It is from a VW that is not sold in the USA. We do have some parts from "take-off" units but if you want a complete unit we supply them via the factory.

Well, that probably explains why I haven't been able to get the information about what car those units are from.

Thanks for responding.

What issue are you having? My car had worn internal bearings that required replacement. No need to remove column if that's the issue.
